Krug & Rice Event
Every year, the House of Krug honours its philosophy “ONE Plot, ONE Wine, ONE ingredient” paying tribute to a single ingredient and inviting the Ambassador Chefs of this prestigious brand to explore the many pleasures that can be revealed when combining this ingredient with a glass of Krug Grand Cuvée or Krug Rosé. This year, the House of Krug chose a culinary chameleon – the rice.
On October 3rd, in an event held together with Krug, Chef Rui Silvestre prepared a surprising menu highlighting the rice, paired with the best Krug champagnes from which the dish “Gamba Violeta, Tapioca and Arroz Tufado” stood out.
