Vistas Monte Rei’s impressive wine cellar has over 350 of Portugal’s finest vintages, as well some of the world’s most renowned wines, covering all the different and distinct wine regions of the country.

Portugal is home to some of the rarest vine varieties in the world and consequently some of the most historic and rare wines, many with extremely limited production. We aim to provide a unique experience to those who visit us. A journey through Portuguese cultural heritage that is at the same time a significant part of the world’s oenological heritage.

The menu’s wine pairings are carefully selected by our charismatic sommelier Fernando Cortês, to complement the creative and sublime dishes prepared by Chef André Simão. You can include a Wine Pairing Earth Pulse on the menu for the price of €75.

However, for the ultimate degustation, you can also select the Wine Pairing Ocean Pulse, meticulously elaborated from the most refined and exclusive wines, for €95, which will certainly provide you with an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
