THE HAŌMA VOYAGE – A spices journey

On 25 April 2023,Algarve’s Vistas Rui Silvestre and Bangkok’s Haōma collaborated on a flavourful dinner event, as the first stop of the Haōma Voyage.

On this first stop of The Haōma Voyage, a gastronomic journey in which Chef Deepanker Khosla – the chef behind HAŌMA in Bangkok: neo-Indian award-winning restaurant with a socially and environmentally responsible heart and explosive flavours that at the same time is one of the most sustainable restaurants in the world –  presented his delicious creations which recently earned him his first Michelin star and Michelin Green star.
